All they are, are bots with some lame 'AI'
Such things have been around for years...
In fact any programmer can write one in 10 minutes
Having done this myself, these transcripts are very thin (a programmer can pick which are the bots)
The real issue is good peranting
Watch what your kids do online, monitor them...
Put the computer in the lounge room or something
Look over their shoulder ever 10 or so minutes
Educate them on the dangers of meeting people from the internet
It dosnt matter what software we come up with kids and anyone with half a brain will find a way around them...
